The frost protection device for orchards, model mobile, is designed for radiation and transfer-type frost protection, covering orchard areas up to 4 hectares. The device is suitable for use in all types of orchards, whether level or sloped, and includes a misting system to combat predicted transfer-type frost. The device features a fully intelligent system that operates with three-phase network electricity or a three-phase generator motor. Its intelligent system is powered by solar energy, ensuring 24-hour readiness. The device can store orchard data for up to two years and is capable of sending SMS and email notifications to the orchard owner regarding its operational status and orchard/device information. It is equipped with control and protection systems against wind and can monitor all weather changes throughout the day. The primary application of the device is to prevent early spring frost and also for dust spraying and pesticide application. It can be used in all agricultural orchards, greenhouses, and farms, as well as large dairy farms and mines to reduce dust through misting. Due to its mobility and transit capability, this device can be set up according to the sensitivity of the fruit type in the orchards. The main part of the machine consists of hydraulic motor support stands, which rotate the device at angles from 0 to 260 degrees, hydraulic jacks that raise the fan and adjust the height to 8.5 meters, an electric or diesel motor that drives the fan, and a control panel and intelligent system that provides power and manages the machine.
