The smart anti-freezing device, Jet Fan model, is designed to predict and prevent frost damage in orchards caused by radiative and advective frost. This device can cover orchards up to an area of 2 hectares and is suitable for flat and even terrains. The system’s processing power is facilitated by an analysis system, and during frost conditions, it samples temperature and humidity at heights of 12 meters and 15 meters above ground from multiple points to detect frost. It then transfers warm air from upper layers to lower ones and blows it into the orchard using 4 jet fans.
Changes in weather caused by converting frost from radiative to advective are immediately addressed by activating the jet heater and thermal material reactor installed in the device. The jet heater produces warm air, and the reactor creates artificial clouds over the orchard.
